- Paxton defended the war in Iran and claimed that he “absolutely” supported continuing the war, despite the war causing gas and fertilizer prices in Texas to skyrocket. The resulting price increases were hurting Texan families, organizations, and farmers.
Message: Paxton ignored Texans and blindly supported Trump’s war in Iran, which was raising gas and fertilizer prices, tightening Texas families’ and farmers’ pockets.

- Paxton defended damaging tariffs that were contributing to higher food prices, harming Texan farmers and hurting Texas’ economy.

¶ Paxton Supported Was An Anti-Abortion Extremist
- Ken Paxton is a radical anti-abortion extremist who knows no limits. Paxton celebrated the overturning of Roe v. Wade and increased his work to undermine maternal health care. Paxton petitioned the Texas Supreme Court to halt an abortion for a mother whose life and fetus were at risk and threatened her care providers with legal consequences. Under Ken Paxton, maternal death rates in Texas increased. Still, Paxton defends and supports Texas' abortion bans, even without exceptions for rape and incest.

¶ Paxton Offered Plea Deals In Child Sex Crime Cases
- Paxton claimed he was Texas’ “top” law enforcement officer who combated human trafficking and sex crimes. However, his record does not reflect that. Paxton offered a one-day jail sentence to a man accused of child sexual abuse. In another case, he kept a man convicted of child sex trafficking off the sex offenders registry. Ken Paxton did not live up to his word to protect children from sex crimes.

¶ Paxton Cheated On His Wife Multiple Times Leading To Divorce
- Attorney General Ken Paxton claimed that America’s moral and legal values originated with Christianity, but he cheated on his wife with two other women. His wife, Angela, filed for divorce on “biblical grounds.”
Message: How can Texan's trust that Paxton would uphold Texan values in Congress when he can't uphold his vows in his own home.
¶ Paxton Was Impeached Due To A FBI Investigation And Whistleblower Lawsuit
- Paxton used his position as the Attorney General of Texas to benefit his associate, Nate Paul. Paxton used his power to interfere with the FBI’s investigation of Paul. Paxton’s employees accused him of improper influence, abuse of office, and bribery. Paxton then fired his accusers, which violated the Texas Whistleblower Act. Subsequently, the Texas House of Representatives impeached Ken Paxton for his various violations.
Message: Paxton's own party knows he is unfit for positions of power.
¶ Paxton Supported DOGE Cuts That Eroded Screwworm Tracking And Prevention
- Ken Paxton applauded DOGE’s “incredible work” and thanked Elon Musk and Donald Trump for their efforts to cut government spending through the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). However, the federal government terminated $382 million in funding for the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization, which was responsible for monitoring and responding to the New World Screwworm and preventing its spread to the United States. As of early June, the Screwworm, once eradicated, was found in Texas. Now Texas agriculture faces a billion-dollar disaster.

Additionally, Paxton violated his blind trust and made $2.2 million from WatchGuard.
