prohibit the use of funds provided by the bill to transfer or delegate
control or maintenance responsibility of the Lower Yellowstone Fish
Bypass Channel to any non-federal entity." The vote was on the
amendment. The underlying legislation was the FY 2025 Energy-Water
appropriations. The House adopted the amendment by a vote of 218 to 204.
