Resilience Of Federal Facilities. In July 2022, according to
Congressional Quarterly, Fitzpatrick voted for en bloc amendments no. 5
to the Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related
Agencies Appropriations Act, 2023, which would, in part, "increase
funding for Special Emphasis Programs by $20 million, intended to
support more robust funding for the General Services Administration to
reduce energy and water consumption and to enhance the resilience of
federal facilities, with offsets." The vote was on the adoption of
amendments. The House adopted the amendments by a vote 224-204. [House
