that would "specify that the bill's provisions would not affect a
January 2023 Centers for Disease Control and Prevention order requiring
a negative pre-departure COVID-19 test result or documentation of
recovery from COVID-19 for aircraft passengers who are traveling to the
United States from China or have been in China within the 10 days prior
to U.S. entry." The vote was on the adoption the amendment. The House
