2022: Fitzpatrick Voted For Amendments That Would Establish Legal
Protections For Financial Service Institutions That Provide Services To
Marijuana-Related Businesses. In February 2022, according to
Congressional Quarterly, Fitzpatrick voted for en bloc amendments no. 2
to the America COMPETES Act, which would insert provisions of "a bill
(HR 1996) that would establish legal protections for financial service
institutions that provide services to marijuana-related businesses
operating in accordance with state law." The vote was on the adoption of
amendments. The House adopted the en bloc amendments by a vote of
