Quarterly, Fitzpatrick voted for the Terry Technical Correction Act,
which would "specify that individuals convicted of lower-level offenses
involving crack cocaine would be eligible for retroactive reduction of
their prison sentences under the 2010 Fair Sentencing Act." The vote was
on passage. The House passed the bill by a vote of 307-101. The Senate
