U.S. Term Limits Called Out Hamadeh For Breaking His Pledge To Support Congressional Term Limits, Erecting A Billboard In His District. According to U.S. Term Limits, Hamadeh signed a pledge to support and cosponsor a term limits resolution limiting House members to three two-year terms and Senators to two six-year terms. When the resolution (HJR 12) was introduced in January 2025, Hamadeh refused to cosponsor it. U.S. Term Limits erected a billboard in his district calling out the broken pledge, noting that "87% of the population is in favor of term limits." [U.S. Term Limits, 9/1/25]
