October 2025: Schutz Said He Supported “More Mental Health Resources For Those Who Pose A Risk To Society,” But Opposed Gun Restrictions Which He Said Were “Preventing Everyday Minnesotans From Defending Themselves.” According to Schutz’s Twitter “I believe that Second Amendment Rights are fundamental to America. As Attorney General of Minnesota, I support more mental health resources for those who pose a risk to society, not preventing everyday Minnesotans from defending themselves.”
